We are so thankful for what God has been doing this year. As we continue to make steady progress on Project Big and get closer to breaking ground, we wanted to spend some time this month highlighting and getting to know the Project Big Prayer Team. But first, here is the monthly fundraising update.
Fundraising Update
As of Monday November 22, 2021 we have received $4,163,191 and have an additional $2,229,831 committed toward the Project. This is an increase of $54,110 received this month! Thank you for your continued prayers and support as we get closer and closer to meeting our goal.
Meet The Prayer Team
There are 3 different teams dedicated to seeing Project Big completed. The Vision Team, the Operations Team, and the Prayer Team. Today we wanted to introduce the Prayer Team to you and share some of what God has been showing them.
The Prayer Team is led by Scott & Janell Martin and Stuart & Annette Rustin.
Also on the team are Audrie Needham, Beth Kelly, Blake & Kalli Martin, Brent Shain, Janet Ortega, Jody English, Larissa Perkins, Marisa Backues, Olivia Booth, Sharon Fulmer, Stephen Shain, and Vickie Hilton.
This team is dedicated to pray for all aspects of Project Big as well as all of the dreams that are posted to our dream wall. Here are some of the things they are currently praying and believing for:
- New income in our community and surrounding areas
- Safety for workers when they come
- Future generations that will grow up in this new building
- Road construction to be completed in excellence and without delay
- Reconciliation of those who have gone astray
- Freedom to receive God’s love and walk in His calling
- God to be glorified through every step of this project
This scripture is what they have been meditating on: “This generous God who supplies abundant seed for the farmer, which becomes bread for our meals, is even more extravagant toward you. First he supplies every need, plus more. Then he multiplies the seed as you sow it, so that the harvest of your generosity will grow. You will be abundantly enriched in every way as you give generously on every occasion, for when we take your gifts to those in need, it causes many to give thanks to God.” 2 Corinthians 9:10-11
Happy Thanksgiving
Without God, there is no way we will see Project Big finished. It’s only by faith and trust in His ability to provide that we will see this done. We are believing for blessing upon you and your families. We are trusting in His steadfast love and faithfulness. We are so thankful for each and every one of you who have graciously responded to this vision with generosity.
